📦 Product & Services Submission: Rules & Regulations
Welcome to the Black Wall Street Shopping Network (BWSSN)! We're proud to feature Black-owned brands from around the globe. To maintain the highest standards for our audience and ensure a smooth onboarding process for vendors, we've established the following Rules & Regulations for submitting your product(s) or service(s) for consideration on BWSSN.
Eligibility
- Products and services must be created, developed, or offered by Black-owned businesses
- Vendors must be 18 years of age or older. Applicants under 18 may participate only with the consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian
- All submissions must be original, legal, and free of infringement
Accepted Categories
We accept submissions in the following categories (physical and digital):
How to Submit
You must complete our Online Vendor Submission Form and upload:
- A detailed product or service description
- High-quality images (minimum 3, 1000x1000px resolution, white or lifestyle background)
- Wholesale and retail pricing
- Product samples (if applicable)
- Certifications and licenses (if applicable)
- Company logo and business registration documents
Retail-Ready Products Must Include
- UPC or QR codes
- Product labeling that includes ingredients (if consumable)
- Professional packaging
- Clear usage instructions and/or disclaimers
- Safety certifications (if applicable: FDA, USDA, etc.)
Prohibited Submissions
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Adult-only products not presented in an appropriate manner
- Products violating federal, state, or local laws
- Hazardous materials without proper clearance or packaging
Private Labeling & White Label
If you are submitting private/white label products, you must disclose the manufacturer's name, packaging specs, and supply agreement.
If you are submitting a service-based business, you must include:
- A service overview or brochure
- Pricing packages
- A link to your website or booking page
- Testimonials or client references (if available)
- Licensing, insurance, or certifications (if applicable)
Services should be scalable, professional, and easy to book online or through our marketplace.
BWSSN supports multiple fulfillment models:
Vendor-Fulfilled
You ship orders directly to the customer. Must provide tracking.
BWSSN Fulfilled
You ship in bulk to our distribution center. (Invitation-only.)
Drop Shipping
Approved on a case-by-case basis with reliable turnaround times.
All physical product vendors must:
- Ship within 2–5 business days
- Provide tracking and delivery confirmation
- Handle returns in alignment with BWSSN's return policy
All products/services must include:
- Wholesale pricing
- MSRP or suggested retail pricing
- Any bulk order discounts
Commissions & Fees
Vendors may be invited to appear on:
If selected for on-air placement, vendors must:
- Submit a 30–90 second product video (HD, horizontal format)
- Participate in virtual or in-person media training
- Be available for interview, demo, or segment taping
Submission Review
Reviewed within 14 business days
Approval Notification
Approved vendors receive a welcome email with next steps
Rejection Feedback
Rejected submissions receive feedback or invitation to revise & resubmit
Onboarding
Approved vendors may be subject to a vendor onboarding call and contract
- You must own or have legal rights to sell, distribute, or promote the product/service
- BWSSN is not responsible for third-party copyright or trademark violations
- By submitting, you agree to allow BWSSN to use your content for promotional purposes
BWSSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor for:
- Repeated customer complaints
- Breach of contract
- Failure to ship or fulfill on time
- Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity
